A BACKGROUND ON MY TRAINING
A BACKGROUND ON MY TRAINING
After dedicating 20 years to being a stay-at-home mom, I embarked on a journey back to education during the COVID-19 pandemic with a clear focus on providing natural pain relief and management. My educational pursuit continued as I gained practical experience working in various spas. This phase in my career sharpened my vision for a more personalized massage therapy service—one that tailors sessions to individual client needs without the burden of upcharges. In November 2023, I established my own practice, aimed at structuring each session around the specific needs of my clients and incorporating the most effective techniques available.
Recognizing the importance of a collaborative approach to healthcare, I have partnered with an array of professionals, including sports medicine doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists. This network enhances our collective ability to offer comprehensive pain relief and improved mobility for active adults. My goal is to be recognized as the go-to massage therapist for pain management and relief, providing targeted, effective treatments that address the root causes of pain and contribute to overall wellness and mobility.

What Should I Wear to My Massage?
This is one of the most common asked questions and simply put: I want you to be as comfortable as possible. While it’s most common to be fully unclothed and covered with a sheet and blanket, you are always welcome to keep as much clothing on as you need to feel comfortable.
What Is Your Cancelation Policy?
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, 24 hours’ notice is required. When you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, your session fee will be applied to your rescheduled date. If you NO SHOW or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the FULL RATE. Gift certificates will be void due to late cancellation or No Shows.
Other Policies I Should Know?
Arriving on Time
If you are an established patient, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you are a new patient and have not yet completed new patient forms. If you are late for your appointment, your time may be cut short (with the full rate being charged) in order to serve the patients scheduled after you.
Payment
Pre-payment is required to secure your appointment. I accept cash, debit/credit cards. I also accept HSA or FSA debit cards; however, please check if massage is an approved expense before your visit. At this time, I do not bill health insurance directly, but am happy to provide a reimbursement receipt.
Illness
If you are not feeling well, please stay home! We can reschedule at a later date. This is especially important if you have a fever or any other Covid-19 symptoms or know you have been exposed to Covid-19.
Communication
Before the massage, you are encouraged to ask any questions or make any requests. During the massage, if you need the temperature of the room adjusted, require more or less pressure or would like different music, I welcome the feedback. Outside of the session you can reach me via text, email, or through Relief and Renew social media.
Professionalism
In order to maintain a safe, non-judgemental treatment space, inappropriate language is not tolerated. Please refrain from racial slurs and sexual advances. Lack of compliance will result in termination of the massage session and you will be liable for the full payment of the session.
